About PenAgri
Having identified the opportunity for a full service, one-stop agricultural investment and asset manager operating at the coalface of the revered Western Australian ag industry, Chairman Peter Fogarty and CEO Greg Harvey founded PenAgri in 2021 with the goal of providing a bridge for natural capital to access investment-grade assets in the WA broadacre cropping sector.
Highly credentialed agricultural executives Peter Fogarty and Greg Harvey lead an experienced and dedicated team that partners with institutional funds, family offices and high net worths to identify, fund and secure real assets that are undervalued and/or possess significant scope for growth.
Calling on its expertise in operating and developing high value agriculture and food operations, PenAgri targets above-market returns with a medium term investment horizon, while also building a platform for integration with sustainability projects including carbon farming and renewable energy development to unlock a land’s best use and have a positive environmental impact.
Since 2021 PenAgri has sourced and subsequently held or turned over in excess of $150m of agricultural assets, delivering exceptional returns on investment and establishing a platform from which to launch future growth, leveraging an existing portfolio of diversified, high quality and high yielding preferred assets spanning Western Australia’s major broadacre farming regions.
