PenAgri has now established PenAgri Integrated Carbon (PIC) to connect carbon farming initiatives with family farming enterprises. It brings together broadacre cropping, grazing and tree carbon development within a single investment structure, aiming to create a diversified, lower-risk land and carbon portfolio.

PIC seeks to improve land productivity and unlock carbon value through strategic asset optimisation over a medium-term investment horizon.
